Credentials are read from server environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. A source that needs one and does not have it reports NOT CONFIGURED and produces nothing — it is never substituted with sample data. Evidence weight follows the quality tier: official regulator (T1) > company official (T2) > major financial publication (T3) > secondary or aggregator (T4) > unknown (T5).
