Terms of service

The agreement between you and IPO Radar. Last updated 12 September 2026.

The service

What IPO Radar is

A research tool that collects public evidence about companies approaching capital-markets transitions.

IPO Radar reads public sources — SEC EDGAR filings, news feeds, market data — extracts dated events, and scores companies on how much evidence exists. Every score links back to the evidence behind it, with filing dates, retrieval dates and sources.

The scoring method, the active weights and our validation results are published at /methodology, including the results that do not flatter the model.

Honesty about limits

What we do not promise

  • That the data is complete. Coverage is partial and known to be so; a company with no signal may simply be one we have not seen evidence for.
  • That the data is correct. It comes from third-party sources and from automated extraction, both of which make mistakes.
  • That a score predicts anything. It measures evidence, not likelihood.
  • That the service will be available at any particular time. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by failures upstream.
  • That any particular data source will keep working. When one stops, the interface says so rather than quietly showing stale data.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken using it.

Your side

Your account

  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure.
  • One account is for one person. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape the service in bulk, or interfere with its operation or with other users.
  • Do not republish the data as a competing dataset or feed. Using it for your own research, including commercially, is fine.
  • We may suspend an account that is being used to attack or abuse the service.

Plans

Free, Early Access and Pro

Free gives the ranked radar, every company profile, current scores and the dated evidence behind them, plus the full methodology, at no cost and with no payment method.

Early Access opens every Pro capability for seven days when you create an account. No card is required. It is available once per person. When it ends the account continues on Free — nothing is charged and nothing you saved is deleted.

Pro is sold as a prepaid period: 49 USDC for 30 days, or 490 USDC for one year.

Money

Payment, renewal and refunds

Prepaid periods on a public blockchain. Nothing renews by itself.

There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Access is bought for a fixed period and simply ends on its date unless you choose to buy another. Nothing in this service is able to take a further payment from you: every payment requires you to approve it in your own wallet.

Renewing early does not waste time you have paid for. A new period is added to whatever remains, not started in place of it. Buying while Early Access is still running adds the paid period after the free one ends.

Access is granted only after we independently confirm the payment on the Solana blockchain. Connecting a wallet, approving a transaction or reaching a success page does not by itself grant anything.

Blockchain payments are final. We cannot reverse one. If something goes wrong — you paid the wrong amount, a payment did not activate, a transaction failed — contact us and we will look at the on-chain record and put it right. Absent that, prepaid periods are non-refundable, and deleting your account does not refund a period you have already paid for.

You are responsible for the network fee your wallet charges, for any tax arising on your side, and for sending from a wallet you control. We are not a money service, do not hold customer funds, and never take custody of your wallet or its keys.

Changes

To the service, the plans and these terms

Features and limits may change. If a change removes something material from a plan, it will not be applied to a period you have already paid for.

Prices may change. A change never affects a period already bought.

These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it; if you do not, delete your account and, if you have unused prepaid time, tell us.

We may discontinue the service. If that happens while you hold unused prepaid access, we will say so with as much notice as we can.

Ending it

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from settings. It takes effect immediately and is not reversible.

What is kept afterwards, and why, is set out in the privacy policy. In short: an anonymised financial record of any payment, and a one-way marker that prevents a second Early Access period. Nothing that could identify or contact you.

Housekeeping

Contact and governing law

IPO Radar is operated from the contact address published on this deployment. Use it for any question about these terms, your account or a payment.

The operator’s legal entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction are stated on the deployment. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be waived by agreement.
